From the NorthTake the A20 (or N20) south towards Cahors. Some 20 km. north of Cahors, turn left on the D49, following signs for ST. GERY. If you are leaving the N20, the exit is off a roundabout, if you are leaving the A20, take exit 57. The D49 will take you via COURS. Just outside Cours, you have a choice: either follow the signposted route to St. Géry via the D168, or go straight on through the village on the D49. Either way will bring you to VERS, and a "joke" roundabout painted on the road, in front of a hotel called "Les Chalets". Keep "Les Chalets" on your left, following signs for St. CIRQ LAPOPIE, and St GERY on the D662. The road follows the river Lot (on your right) and, 5km further on, you enter St GERY. From the SouthFollow the A20 north, leaving by exit 58, following the signs for Cahors, on the N20. You enter Cahors along a road encrusted with car showrooms. After 2 roundabouts, the road curves to the right to a set of lights. Follow the main road over the bridge to the left (Pont Louis Phillippe) to cross the Lot just after the lights. There is a statue of the virgin looking uncannily like Queen Victoria on your right as you swing left over the river. You'll come to a roundabout with a fountain in the middle: turn RIGHT, keeping the river on your right. Go through a couple of sets of lights, and, after a longish jaunt along the river bank, you come to a roundabout, where you go straight on, following signs for AURILLAC and FIGEAC, on the D653. Follow the road (which keeps crossing and re-crossing a little railway line) to take you through Laroque des Arcs, Lamagdelaine and Savanac (Blink and you miss it..!) At around 15 km. out of Cahors, you enter VERS. Shortly after entering the village, you will see a "joke" roundabout painted on the road, in front of a hotel called "Les Chalets". Take the RIGHT fork, following signs for St. CIRQ LAPOPIE, and St GERY on the D662. The road follows the river Lot (on your right) and, 5km further on, you enter St GERY.
