 | We saved the best 'till last! Without doubt, one of the best restaurants we have EVER eaten in, Les Saveurs d'Ingres, just up the road from the Musée d'Ingres, is well worth the one hour's drive to Montauban (which is a pretty place in its own right). The menus change every 4 weeks or so, range in price from 28 to 54 euros per person, and are always inventive, sophisticated and absolutely delicious.
