The gîte - some statistics.

The current owners have let the guest accomodation as a gîte for the last 10 years, letting only between Easter and October. It has generated an average annual revenue of £6,700 with an annual average of 17 weeks let per year.

There is a great deal of customer loyalty, with a number of guests returning every year. There is no reason to believe that this would not continue, should the buyer wish to continue the business.
